L5 S1 - ALSO KNOW MY STORY WITH THE OTHER CONFLIC AREAS AND DORSAL DISC DISEASES
In the first book, when we developed the habit of "Involved Musculature and Necessary Stretches", we cited a situation to serve as an important concept: “-Crew Member: Captain, the ship's center of balance has been damaged. We could sink! -Captain: Find another firmer center of balance and continue navigating.” Basically, the concept to understand is that our spine has three axes of support or flexion that are usually responsible for giving support to the vast majority of movements, gestures, and positions that we develop throughout the day. By far, these are the points on the spine that are at greatest risk of the discs located in these sections developing some form of discopathy or presenting as conflict zones in the future. Over the years and based on my experience in overcoming or stabilizing lumbar discopathy, I have come across other conflict zones along the way that at some point have been able to give their warnings in the form of discomfort.
